Grants and Funding

United Way of the Lower Mainland Grants and Funding Opportunities

United Way of the Lower Mainland targets grants to support children age 0-6, children 6-12, seniors, and our foundational strategy of Building Stronger Communities. These investments are summarized in our Community Impact Plan. With a focus on prevention, we address issues facing those most vulnerable in our communities. We support solutions that contribute to the development of healthy, caring and inclusive communities. We do not support medically based programs or initiatives that include any form of biological or medical health intervention.

United Way offers opportunities for interested organizations to submit applications for funding. These opportunities will generally arise in the months of November, February and May. Please note that calls for applications will be posted on our website homepage and updated regularly.
