Forty per cent of Canadian kids have been targets of an online bully, a fact that Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada and Take Back the Net find unacceptable. That's why they asked Canadian students to share their stories about cyber-bullying and online safety by submitting short videos. Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Vancouver - Norvan Club, supported by United Way of the Lower Mainland, placed second place in the 6- 12 year old age group.
