Leaders come from every corner of Metro Vancouver. They inspire others with their desire to make people’s lives better. Leadership Giving is the fastest growing area of United Way’s Workplace Campaign. In 2010, people across Metro Vancouver made leadership donations. These gifts accounted for 42% of all contributions, over $12.5 million for our Workplace Campaign.
Leaders who give $1,000+ annually are recognized in the United Way Honour Roll Salute to Leadership Donors.

A United Way leadership donation of $27 per week helps eight families to attend a drop in program that helps parents to face the challenges of parenting and ensuring their children get the best start in life.
A United Way leadership donation of $192 helps 50 vulnerable seniors to fight isolation and loneliness and connects them with their community.
